Okay,
05/10/2009
breakfast - nothing (didn't really have enough time before lunch)
lunch - fried chicken drumstick, part of a bbq chicken breast, one slice of pork loin with horseradish sauce, 2 rolls, and then a sampling of: corn pudding, mac/cheese, beets, green beans, cooked apples, mashed potatoes with milk gravy, some Cesar salad, macaroni salad, 1/2 a small piece of apple pie - in the end, the Mother's Day buffet at Claudia Sanders was not as impressive as I had hoped (and was not worth the price) but... I didn't pay, and I had an awesome time with the family. I had very small portions of each of the things, just so that I could try everything, I did have a LOT of sweet tea though... (they did a good job with that, not too sweet, just sweet enough).
dinner - or should I say... brinner! woo! (If you don't get the reference, then you're no friend of mine, or you've been stationed out of the country and aren't up on the references) a piece of cold pizza, some cheez-its, bacon (undetermined number, possibly 5-6 slices, thick cut, maple cured - nature's candy indeed), toast with garlic butter and two eggs overhard.

Weighed myself again, started this exercise at 325.8, last week, I was 322.6, this week, I was 325.6. That sucks... time to "evolve" some more habits, I'll never see my 1911 Operator otherwise.
breakfast - smoothie (new ingredient, apple cider vinegar) also, I dropped the toast, it was a little too much. Plus, I get a good amount of fiber and such from the hemp seed powder in the smoothie.
lunch - ham and Swiss on wheat, almonds, chocolate square 77% (yum!), celery, pineapple chunks, and black grapes
afternoon snack - 2 tbsp whipped cream
dinner - fish, baked french fries, spinach, a carrot, two pieces of sourdough with garlic/butter, dried cherries/cranberries, jello with fruit, and a glass of milk.
Also, Tab and I took a 30 minute walk, and took part in a strenuous activity, which should be good.
Alright, I do believe that I'm off to bed. I'm reading about food borne illnesses in fast food, so I'm going to wait a little while before having another question.
Thanks to all who are keeping up with my blog. Hope it isn't too boring. Tomorrow I'm going to share some about "Virgin Health Miles" through work, which is going to add some more motivation to get into shape. Also, apparently there's a good chance I have stage 1 hypertension... awesome. I've been on the cusp of high blood pressure for pretty much as long as I can remember, but on Sunday, I tested my bp using some gauge my grandmother bought that my dad has to use, and my systolic was over now... suck... so... that's some MORE motivation even... gotta get that down. I refuse medication.
