I'd like to give credit where credit is due, the actual name I got from my cousin. What it means. I probably shouldn't have gotten from a cousin. Alas, here we are.
breakfast - smoothie
snack - carrots, celery, almonds
lunch - ham and Swiss sandwich, v-8, one small apple, chocolate square, prune, jello w/fruit, cottage cheese
snack - one slice of bacon, 1 beer
dinner - BBQ chicken breast, mashed potatoes, fried okra, salad with Italian dressing, milk
Tab and I also went on a thirty minute walk, as is becoming custom. Tomorrow morning we're starting some more exercise that I thought of last night when I couldn't sleep (always a great way to get inspiration, right?). We're going to wake up at 6:00am (as per usual) and we're going to go outside and walk down our driveway, do 5 sit ups, then run up our driveway, and do 5 push ups, and we're going to repeat for 10 minutes. Now, I know that doesn't sound like much, but it is something new... also, if you've experienced our drive way... then you'll know that is something more. It is quite long, and quite steep. I'm hoping to make this a daily thing for my mornings, it won't take too long, and it will work quite a bit of the body.
