Today's Post - Part 1

I'm way behind now, so... I'm going to post the last three days now, and then later, I'm going to post today's (I hope). My weight on Monday morning was 321.7, still waaaay too high, but... lower than before, maybe there will be some good to come of this.

05/17/2009

breakfast - eggs (over hard), toast with butter, 1/2 apple, 1/2 banana, cantaloupe, orange juice

lunch - none

snack - homemade salsa, black bean chips

dinner - sushi (tuna, salmon, eel, vegetable rolls), milk

breakfast - smoothie

lunch - ham/cheese sandwich, v-8, small apple, blue corn chips, homemade salsa, jello w/fruit, applesauce, almonds, chocolate square

dinner - hamburger helper with added carrots and peas, salad, milk

breakfast - bowl of Raisin Bran extra with milk

lunch - leftover helper, v-8, jello w/fruit, apple, almonds, chocolate square

snack - sugar cookie

dinner - smoked salmon, mashed potatoes, salad, milk, strawberries, sugar cookie, whipped cream

I'll enter today's log, later today. I've also started walking some more, which is good, and jogging a little bit, which I think is also good. I got my pedometer from that Virgin Healthmiles thing, so I've been using that to get the required 7000 steps/day. I forgot to use it today, alas. I'll get better at that, it has quite a few possible rewards for the diligent person.

I'll also post the answer to the last question when I post again later tonight. At least I've gotten one guess on there! Here's the question again: question #3 (3 points): Weston A.
