Three more days...

So, another three days in a row... plus, I'll be entering my dinner before I've eaten it, but... I'm aware of what it is going to be anyway... so I'll survive.

lunch - none
snack - New Holland "The Poet" Oatmeal Stout
dinner - pastured pork chop, corn on the cob, salad

I've not had dinner yet today, but it will be soon, and it will be that. The omelet I had was fantastic... and I've forgotten what good local berries were like... mmm... I'm hoping the pork chop will be good... I hope to not overcook it. (crosses fingers) Also, everyone in Kentucky should totally be eating Kenny's Cheese (if they like cheese) the options there are wonderful.

Alright, everyone have a good holiday weekend, and I will put up the next question with my next entry!
