Food Diary #2 (Answer to Question #1)

Breakfast - smoothie (1/2 Activitia yogurt, 1 tbsp hemp seed powder, 1 tbsp cod liver oil, 1/2 banana, 1 oz. pomegranate juice, 2 oz. Bolthouse Farm or Naked Green Goodness, 1/2 cup frozen berries, topped off with Simply Apple), 2 pieces toast with olive oil/butter

Morning snack - 2 oz. almonds, 1 block 77% dark chocolate, 1 small Gala apple

Lunch - ham and cheese sandwich with bread and butter pickles, mayonaise and mustard, carrot sticks, 1 small Gala apple

Afternoon snack - 2 tbsp Redi-whip

Dinner - 1 slice (1/8) 10" supreme pizza, 1/4 pulled pork bbq sandwich with mustard slaw, 1/2 cup tuna/salmon helper, 1 large salad (field greens, carrot, french dressing), 1 glass milk

I also took part in some fairly strenuous exercised for about fifteen minutes, not a lot, but some. I may also take a walk later (no promises though).
