Breakfast - egg sandwich - 1 egg over hard, 2 pieces of wheat toast, mustard, glass of milk
Lunch - tiny turkey sandwiches - 4 Sister Shubert's rolls, leftover turkey breast, honey mustard
Afternoon - 20oz Gatorade
Dinner - (uh oh) - KFC Buffet - 2 drumsticks, 1 thigh, 2 wings, mashed potatoes w/gravy, cole slaw, corn, green beans, biscuit, Dr. Pepper (yeah... that's not a good one... it happens).
Evening - Simply apple juice
I've decided I'm not putting water on here, I don't care that much, I do a pretty good job with it anyway. Most mornings during the week I have a smoothie. I'll include the ingredients in that at least once... they vary slightly depending on what I've got around, but there's a basic theme.
Well, that's day one. Thanks for the comments I've gotten thus far. I really appreciate it already.
