Not a bad day, there isn't going to be much variation in breakfast and lunch I don't think. at least not during the week. Also, I think I'm going to use the weekends to go crazy... of course, not TOO crazy.
I also took a 25 minute walk today. I was looking at a short (9:32) video at http://www.esquire.com/the-side/video/dr-oz-workout-0509 that seems quite interesting and I may very well start doing that in the mornings... I can handle seven minutes of repetition during the day first thing in the morning. Plus, the incorporation of yoga is awesome too. There really aren't too many options for exciting classes for workouts here, but I can do a LOT of walking. On the weekend I hope to take part in some "active activities" I think it would be a lot of fun.
Alright, now, here's the contract that Tab and I agreed to. Some of the particulars are not completely worked out yet, but the basic ideas are there.
"For every 1 pound Zeb loses, Tab will pay him $10. For every 1 pound Zeb gains, he will pay back $10. When Zeb has lost 40 pounds, Tab will pay for one day at Open Range Sports http://www.openrangesports.com/. When Zeb reaches 250 pounds, Tab will give the additional money needed for Zeb to purchase the pistol of his choice."
We both signed this on 04/26/2009. I'm not sure what activities I'll take part in at Open Range yet, and I'm not exactly sure what pistol I would choose (I'm thinking this one http://www.kimberamerica.com/pistols/crimson_carry/Ultra_Crimson_Carry/ right now, but my ideas change daily, part of me still wants the Springfield Armory 1911 TRP or G.I. as well).
Well dear readers, that's all I have for today. I hope to have a question tomorrow. I'll see what I can do on that front.
Zeb
